Sales Enablement Director
Job Description
The objective of this role is to improve sales growth and effectiveness by working closely with the Global Sales MVP in helping the sales force to identify and convert sales opportunities with a strong focus on helping the adoption of our evolving value proposition, increasing penetration amongst our targeted prospect accounts in addition to improving our logo and wallet retention.
What you'll do:
- Enable product Growth through the coordination of all sales support activities and leverage data driven insights to provide Sales teams with the tools to increase access and relevance to Decision Makers
- Designing and Running Sales Productivity Improvement based on quantitative and qualitative analysis in collaboration with Leadership
- Increase AE/BDM participation and productivity selling virtual Programs and annual integrated solutions (deep and wide)
- Develop and implement strategy to deliver increased penetration of existing accounts into new brands and locations
- Accelerate effectiveness around key strategic sales initiatives including Selling to Power, Positioning the Community (selling community packages deep/wide across virtual and in-person) and Collaborative Sales model
- Sales Tools Assessment and optimization that aligns with the buyer journey
- Redefine the sales process to support increasing deal size, sales velocity and forward bookings.
- Improving CRM utilization for sales - Working between sales team and Tech teams to ensure CRM (PHX) in ensuring simplified sales account and stage capturing.
- Lead programs to upskill AEs and increase their effectiveness selling to the C-Level (e.g. role-plays, Activity Prep Calls, Growth Roundtables, SLD support)
- Systematically collaborate with sales and product strategy, marketing & community to surface sales and client insights around product enhancements that would drive higher engagement with clients (delivers stronger retention) and/or stronger conversion rates (for CV growth)
What you'll need:
- B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Finance, or other quantitative discipline; MBA preferred
- 10+ years' experience in program management, marketing, product development/management, sales/sales operations
- Understanding of Gartner's Evanta Sales organization
- Proven track record of creating and deploying successful large regional or global growth programs
- Ability to interpret data to make informed recommendations
- In depth experience mapping sales processes within CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change management initiatives
- Highly effective interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear messages and deliver to key stakeholders
- Keen understanding of the needs, opportunities, and challenges facing Evanta partners and Community members
