Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Enablement Generalist to join our dynamic sales team. As a Sales Enablement Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales productivity and efficiency by implementing effective strategies, leveraging various tools, and optimizing sales processes.
What will you be doing:
- Develop and implement sales enablement process and strategies to enhance the performance and productivity of the sales team
- Act as a subject matter expert for sales technology platforms, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support to the sales team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify sales enablement needs and align strategies & process accordingly.
- Utilize Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and other relevant tools to optimize sales processes, streamline workflows, and increase sales team efficiency.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and resources to support the onboarding and continuous development of the sales team.
- Create and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials that align with the sales methodology and best practices
- Conduct regular assessments and analysis of sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the revenue teams team to ensure accurate data management, reporting, and dashboards are available within Salesforce
- Stay updated with the latest sales enablement tools, technologies, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for their adoption and implementation.
- Drive system integrations and automation initiatives to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales/Revenue Operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong background in Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gong
- Experience managing integrations between go-to-market tech stack and CRM
- Excellent understanding of sales processes and methodologies
- Ability to design and deliver effective sales enablement programs and resources
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from sales data and metrics
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving sales excellence and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with system integrations and automation tools.

Compensation:
The base salary for this role is $65,000-80,000. Please note that our salary ranges are based on current market data and the offered compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and other factors permitted by law.
