Job Description
Nexthink is looking for a Sales Enablement Associate to facilitate our growing Go-To-Market teams. This role will be a hybrid role based out of our Boston office. As a member of the Sale Enablement Team, you will work closely with the Product Marketing and Marketing Operations teams, as well as other sales support teams, to coordinate communications, enablement resources, and onboarding initiatives for our sellers. This Sales Enablement Associate will also own coordinating enablement for our partner community via our partner portal. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with a supportive, fun-loving, and accomplished team of professionals with a wide range of technology sales-related expertise.

Sales Tools Training: Upgrade the quality and consistency of our sales tech stack training to maximize tool ROI and improve efficiency and efficacy through developing and delivering end-to-end and ad-hoc training for on-demand consumption and live/virtual participation

Onboarding Coordination: Assist in organizing cohorts of new hires upon their joining Nexthink through completion of the onboarding program

Enablement Reporting: Report and measure ongoing enablement services’ progress and impact through KPIs / metrics as well as provide recommendations for further adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment initiatives to ensure maximum ROI of enablement initiatives and achieve key organizational and sales desired outcomes

Newsletter development & coordination: collaborate with several cross-functional teams to “project manage” and write copy for internal and partner newsletters on a regular basis

Resource Management: oversee content and resources in our internal enablement platform and on our partner portal, ensuring new content is organized correctly and showcased, and old content is kept updated or retired.

Foster close collaboration with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales teams. Assist in developing and packaging high-value field tools, including sales playbooks, training decks, presentations, and competitive battle cards.

Coordinate topics for sales trainings around technical topics, IT concepts, and growing enterprise IT trends

Regularly maintain and update sales enablement materials with feedback from the field
Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in developing and delivering sales enablement programs.

Proficient understanding of sales processes and methodologies.

Top-notch writing and communication skills.

Ability to work proficiently in a cross-functional team environment.

Familiarity with content strategy and creation.

You have at least 1 year(s) of Enterprise IT Experience (Selling to or working in)

You can demonstrate a proficient knowledge of current IT concepts, projects, and initiatives

You have the willingness and ability to change with an ever-evolving ecosystem and rapidly growing company
