Position Summary

In this role, you will apply technical and organizational skills to support our Global Business Development team in the development of a specification tool to support our expanding product line. This position will be in-person at our Plymouth headquarters.

This position reports to the Industry Group Leader.

According to the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), this position is classified as:

  • Non-Exempt

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assisting in the development of a specification tool to support our expanding Snap Signal product line
  • Creating Bills of Material and visualization to help sell a system of components
  • Aggregating, collecting, and organizing data to identify gaps in products, develop marketing collateral, and help identify areas of needed improvement and focus in sales process
  • Generating sales data reports
  • Generating tools, reports, guides, and other written documents to enable sales teams within specified industry
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing collateral for sales enablement
  • Conducting market research to aid in profiling competing companies
  • Participating in collaborative meetings to help direct sales enablement efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Required

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Management, Marketing or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage sales metrics, reporting, and market trends
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Motived to take on individual task and take ownership
  • Ability to communicate proficiently and confidently in virtual and in-person

Preferred

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering
  • Familiar with basic statistic and business metrics.
  • Basic understanding of sales organizations and general sales process.
