About The Role:

Sales Enablement Leader

As the Sales Enablement Leader at Aeropsike, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales effectiveness, streamlining processes, and enabling our sales teams to achieve their maximum potential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product, and the Exec Leadership team, to develop and execute strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Training:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with Aeropsike's business goals.
  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance the capabilities of the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to identify skill gaps and provide targeted coaching and training.

Content and Resource Development:

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing  and Product teams to develop sales collateral, presentations, playbooks, and other materials that empower the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
  • Ensure that sales content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with the latest product features and market trends.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Analyze the sales process and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven analyses of sales performance metrics.

Sales Technology Utilization:

  • Evaluate and implement sales enablement tools and technologies to support the sales team in their daily activities, including CRM, sales automation, and communication platforms.
  • Train the sales team on the effective use of these tools to maximize their impact on sales productivity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster strong partnerships with Marketing and Product Marketing  to ensure alignment on messaging, content, and lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to provide valuable customer and market insights that contribute to product development and roadmap planning.
  • Engage with sales leadership and other functions to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support.

Metrics and Reporting:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Regularly report on the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Communications and Relationships:

  • Be the trusted advisor for all roles on the Sales team
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders

 Desired Experience and Skills
  • Technical expertise of the database market as we are very technical sale
  • Experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
  • Bias toward action and getting stuff done simply, effectively and with as little organizational thrash as possible.
 Qualifications
  • 4+ years in technology sales as either a sales development rep or seller or sales engineer.
  • 10+ years in technology sales in an Enablement role with at least 3 years as an Enablement leader
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
  • Experience with content development for external pitches as well as understanding of sales systems and tools.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000
