The Role
As a Sales Enablement Learning and Development Manager, you work in partnership with the Medely Sales Enablement organization, Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing and other boundary partners to create, manage and facilitate key learning initiatives. You use your knowledge of Adult Learning methodologies to develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of training programs and sales enablement content. You will also use your training or teaching background to facilitate training as needed in partnership with other sales trainers on the team.Â

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure:Â
New Hire training provides the tools, resources and context needed to become a successful member of the sales organization.
Tenured team members have the content, training, and reinforcement activities needed to strategically navigate the Medely sales and customer journeys.
Sales leaders have the coaching guidance that they need to develop their sellers in the “Medely Way” with Medely best practices.
Sellers are viewed as solution experts by their prospective customers and existing clients.
The sales tech stack is being utilized to its fullest potential.Â
All training and content developed within the management group is reviewed on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
What you and the training team will be doing:
Develop new content and enhance existing training within the new hire training curriculum.
Create a plan for coaching initiatives that will be led by sales leaders.Â
Interview sales leaders to align training priorities for the business and develop mechanisms that help analyze and understand the needs of the learner and business.
Lead the Enablement team GTM efforts in partnership with Product and Marketing on new feature and product launches to ensure training and sales messaging is on-target and on-time for market release.Â
Stay up-to-date on emerging trends within the Sales, Sales Enablement and Learning and Development space to ensure that appropriate learning resources and tactics are deployed.
Conduct engaging training sessions with new and existing sellers that align with business initiatives.
Own the content creation and maintenance process for all job aids and coaching guides for the sales organization.Â
Reporting and analyzing ROI, outcomes, impact and statistics that have had an impact on the business.
Who You Are
You have a passion for helping sales teams by providing them with what they need in the right place at the right time.Â
You have a minimum 4 years experience creating sales training and/or sales enablement content.
You have experience developing effective sales training on various topics, such as sales methodology, tools, and process.Â

When a training program's scope is established, you work independently to create the content, remaining open to feedback and adaptable to changes to ensure it meets the needs of the business.
The estimated compensation for this role is $82,080 - $100,320.
