Sales Enablement Manager
Job Description
This individual will:
- Support ongoing CRM technology and business intelligence projects related to Sales and coverage teams
- Partner closely with business teams to gather requirements, working to understand incoming business needs to be in position to offer solutions that leverage already-built processes and features where appropriate.
- Provide clear, actionable requirements to the CRM technology team to ensure projects are completed on time, per business requirements and expectations, and help facilitate business testing and QA activities
- Own tracking and updates for CRM project prioritization process, and help coordinate evaluation of new requests
- Coordinate evaluation of Sales & coverage tools
- Monitor usage of sales & coverage tools, both in terms of statistics and qualitative value
- Partner closely with business, procurement and IT to prepare for upcoming tool renewals, as well as assist in gathering info and perspectives to help evaluate proposals for investment in new tools
- Focus especially on Sales dashboard maintenance, expansion and change management
- Evaluate new change requests and make recommendations on changes and prioritization
- Ensure appropriate change mgmt., and reconciliation between sales dashboards and official sales reporting
- Play a key role in supporting ongoing integrations as needed
- Partner closely with business teams for new acquisitions to understand business requirements, and with other verticals within Sales Operations to execute integrations quickly and seamlessly
- Coordinate onboarding & offboarding of new & exiting Sales staff
- Coordinate and track enablement of required sales tools for new joiners
- Ensure access is removed and reallocated for staff leaving the sales organization
- Lead other ad-hoc projects in support of Sales & Client Success objectives as required
Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of senior business leaders; strong grammar and syntax skills; strong presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills. Extreme attention to detail.
- 5+ plus years' experience in asset management and/or financial services and/or data analytics a strong plus.
- Experience with Salesforce is a must.
- Experience working with Sales & Client Success teams highly desired.
- Proven competency in managing a varied workload.
- Client coverage experience a plus.
*We offer a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days work from home. Most offices have returned to working in-office.
