About the Role
You have the character of a trainer. If you're a trainer, you know what that means. You enjoy delivering high-quality sales training content to a room full of people (whether it's IRL or virtual), and you're sometimes accused of being engaging, upbeat and maybe even funny. You also have a certain confidence in yourself (some would call it "gravitas". We might call it the X Factor), and you know how to handle a room. We'd like you to be an independent person who can take the reigns of our sales training program in the US. Obviously you have sales training experience, but ideally it's been at the enterprise level. You might have previously been an Account Manager.
The Sales Enablement Trainer is going to play a vital part in driving our business forward and making an impact within our sales organization to win new business, as well as maintaining and growing the clients we have already won. As a Trainer, you will be a role model for how we work as a business and how we will further develop our growth
Requirements
  • Onboarding new starters (sales and AM) seamlessly, efficiently, and comprehensively
  • Working with sales systems to analyze relevant data, identify gaps and facilitate new strategies
  • Working one-to-one with reps to support individual development with coaching
  • Supporting with creating training materials and evolving content to keep relevant
  • Delivering training to groups of reps in a confident, structured manner
  • Making suggestions for improvements on processes and how as an Enablement team we can further provide assistance
  • Leading best practices of sales tools, methodologies, and processes to represent a role model in our sales organization
  • Developing and executing strategic initiatives that will unlock development and growth opportunities for the sales team
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong experience in a sales/AM role dealing with ENT-level client
  • Experience using various sales systems such as Salesforce and Tableau
  • Preferably a sales enablement background related to training, onboarding, and coaching
  • Motivated by making an impact and supporting other people's development
  • Confident speaking with a range of people in different roles and the ability to adapt to varying environments
