POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team. This position is responsible for leading the development of sales enablement training programming to improve the knowledge and skills of the sales teams. They will plan, design, and implement content and programs to support the sales process, methods, storytelling, and sales skills.

PRIMARY DUTIES
  • Designs/implements sales process, with a focus on skills development and content needed to fuel go-to-market strategies, business objectives and revenue targets
  • Develops, creates, delivers, measures, and reinforces ongoing training activities to ensure continuous learning and development opportunities for Sales team members across all levels
  • Creates and maintains training programs for sellers in a variety of delivery options including self-paced, e-learning, video, workshops, and seminars
  • Writes learning objectives and training content, including knowledge checks and sales conversation scripts
  • Maps out training plans and schedules, designs, and develops training programs (outsourced or in-house) for sales teams
  • Provides regular follow-up training modules to deepen skills and sales process knowledge across teams
  • Assists field execution with assessment of training needs of employees across the business
  • Maintains quality and brand alignment of training content
  • Supports the delivery of content with collaboration from field leaders
  • Tracks and analyzes the performance of courseware and sales enablement content for engagement and effectiveness


REQUIREMENTS
  • Four-year college degree from an accredited institution
  • Three to five years in sales training, sales enablement, or sales management
  • Experienced working with complex sales organizations
