Location:Â Atlanta, US
To support the rapid growth of RELEX's commercial organizations, we are now looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our RELEX family in Atlanta (U.S. East Coast considered) . You’ll join a Sales Operations team of 10 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. In this role, you will become our second Sales Enablement Manager, and you will be mainly focusing on enablement of the North American and LATAM teams. The team’s mission is to proactively create the conditions where more deals that are more profitable are the natural result through improved efficiency and productivity. Â
This role will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Learning & Development teams and liaise with external partners to design and deliver enablement content, materials and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stakeholders from Sales, and a passion for developing and managing scalable enablement programs in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position - to succeed in this role, you must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.
As a Sales Enablement Manager here's what you can expect:
- Work together with Sales Leadership  to drive the enablement strategy for the region in collaboration with the global enablement strategy.
- You will be responsible for partnering with NA & LATAM Sales Leadership to define strategy, drive execution, and communicate business impact of the enablement programs.
- Partner with management, high-performing reps, and key cross-functional partners to uncover business needs, design learning programs, launch, iterate, and measure impact.
- Build and manage repeatable and scalable enablement programs and strategies for your audiences.
- Collaborate with the broader global enablement team to develop & deliver global enablement initiatives across our entire Revenue org.
- Identify opportunities & proactively pursue initiatives for how we can drive stronger collaboration across Sales, CS, and other functions to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate and support onboarding new hires in the region as needed.
- Lead and support select Revenue Enablement initiatives (including e.g. product launches, messaging, certifications, and GTM changes).
- Contribute to the development and delivery of content for internal events. Â
- Support and utilize internal LMS and CMS systems to drive the adoption of internal tools and processes across the Revenue organization.
- Measure the success of our enablement programs.
We're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience leading sales and/or customer success training and broader Enablement programs.
- Preferred: 2+ years sales and/or account management or sales experience. Â
- Highly proficient at building trust with senior-level sales & leadership.
- Skilled in working with global teams.
- Display high EQ ability to build trust, positive relationships, and advance projects through influence rather than authority.
- High degree of business acumen, including highly polished internal and customer-facing presentation skills.Â
- Ability to analyze and draw insights from data.Â
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.Â
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, act efficiently, and collaborate with all levels of the organization.Â
- Understanding of modern enablement and sales methodologies (preferred).Â
- Facilitation experience (virtual and in-person).Â
- Understanding the retail market, supply chain, or manufacturing processes would be considered an advantage.
- Experience using modern eLearning tools, Microsoft Office suite tools, CRM (Salesforce) and sales system tools (to build engaging and valued learning programs).Â
What we consider as an advantage:
- Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Education, Psychology, L&D or similar)
- Knowledge of selling strategies and best practices in Enterprise SaaS
- Knowledge of instructional design frameworks and coaching models
- Spanish language skills
