Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager

Job Overview:

JumpCrew is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales productivity and efficiency through effective project management, CRM utilization, employee supervision, and strategic reporting. The Sales Enablement Manager will play a critical role in optimizing the performance of our sales team by implementing and managing tools, processes, and initiatives to enhance their capabilities and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Employee Supervision:
    • Lead and manage a team of sales enablement professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team's success.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and create a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Project Management:
    • Utilize project management tools, such as Monday.com, to plan, execute, and monitor sales enablement projects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
  • CRM Environment Utilization:
    • Oversee the effective use and optimization of CRM's, such as HubSpot.
    • Work closely with the VP of Operations and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and utilization of CRM data to enhance the sales process.
  • Dashboard/Client Reporting Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive dashboard and client reporting strategy to provide insights into sales performance, identify trends, and track KPIs.
    • Analyze data to make informed recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Vendor Relationship Management:
    • Manage relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
    • Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Team Goal Reporting:
    • Establish and maintain a process for reporting and tracking goals that align with organizational objectives.
    • Regularly communicate progress and performance against established goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years proven experience in a sales enablement or operations role, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Prior experience in project management tools, such as Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, such as Hubspot, and their effective utilization in a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated track record building and scaling teams in a fast paced, high pressure work environment.
  • Experience in vendor management and relationship building.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Nashville, TN, hybrid schedule WFH Monday & Friday
  • Base salary + bonus opportunity total OTE $100,000 - $110,000
