We believe buying enterprise software should be simple, pleasant, and fast instead of complex, painful, and slow (which is how it is today). Buyers now want instant access to presales (sales engineering) resources throughout the buying experience but they find it harder and harder to get what they need. Using Consensus, a sales engineering team builds a library of reusable interactive video demos that Sales sends out on-demand. Consensus automatically personalizes the experience and tracks engagement as the prospect shares the demo with other stakeholders in the buying group, bringing the entire buying group to live demos better educated and ready to talk specifics. 


This not only reduces unqualified demos to near zero and can double the presales team’s productivity, it also removes the "demo lag time" for prospects and shortens the sales cycle by as much as 68%.

About the Role: 


As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and developing enablement programs to support Sales initiatives. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to define the enablement roadmap to help transform our Sales team. The ideal candidate is strategic, has outstanding project management skills, loves solving sophisticated problems, and is fearless in launching, testing, and iterating in an ever-evolving environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and define our Sales enablement strategy with input from our sales leaders
  • Deliver 1:1 rep training that is measurable and the results will be delivered to the executive and board team
  • Drive continuous learning, ensuring readiness through refreshers and additional certifications
  • Design, build and deliver training programs for new processes, battle cards, playbooks, product use cases or technical knowledge, consultative skills, etc
  • Facilitate & conduct trainings and build coaching materials for first-line managers
  • Develop and optimize standardized templates and guides to improve the quality of customer conversations 
  • Actively participate in Sales leadership team meetings & collaborate to capture feedback and iterate programs as needed
  • Support enablement across the entire Revenue organization

What We're Looking For:

  • 7+ years experience in enablement, sales or sales leadership combined; experience in an enterprise sales role preferred but not required
  • Strong program management skills, implementing and leading training initiatives end-to-end 
  • Proven track record of building positive relationships across the business 
  • Demonstrated ability to take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics 
  • Data analytics proficiencies, capable of interpreting and optimizing programs based on available data 
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute in a fast-paced, flexible environment
