Position Summary
Arcesium seeks a highly motivated Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our Client & Partner Development group. The Sales Enablement Manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders within Client & Partner Development and lead the creation and deployment of training, sales playbooks, content/messaging, and tools to support our sales representatives. This person's main objective will be to increase the effectiveness of the sales team through the implementation of training, content, and best practices.
Responsibilities- Developing a deep understanding and working knowledge of Arcesium's business and functional domain, including the underlying technology, in order to create effective sales collateral and content (e.g. commercial insights, pitch decks)- Understanding the customer journey and executing enablement deliverables that align with our clients' buying process- Developing and managing new hire onboarding programs for Sales representatives that decrease ramp time/time to first sale- Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product to identify and rectify sales productivity gaps, including sales playbook creation and pitch certification programs
Qualifications- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, including experience in building a sales enablement program from the ground up- Extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation), modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and buyer's journey alignment- An ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator and influencer, with excellent presentation skills- They must be expert users of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel- The ideal candidate will have high adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change- A bachelor's degree and a strong record of academic and professional achievement are required, and a passion for technology is highly desirable
The expected annual base salary for this position is $135,000 to $175,000. Our compensation package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, [guaranteed in the first year of hire], [cash and deferred sign-on bonuses], and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, and 401k contribution matching.
