Job Responsibilities
â—Ź Be our enablement guru! Implement the sales enablement strategy and success metrics for onboarding, ongoing development, sales methodology and tools.
â—Ź Be the architect of our onboarding & continued education program! You will have creative freedom to create a program to accelerate ramp to productivity and ongoing success for sales professionals.
● Be a member of our Keeper family! You’ll get to work collaboratively with the product, marketing and other teams to develop enablement programs for the organization.
â—Ź Be our Keeper news anchor! Report out effectuate KPIs for enablement programs to track and measure time to productivity, effectiveness of training (attendance, feedback etc), including post-training usage metrics.
â—Ź Be our Workramp expert! Utilize Workramp to administer courses, certifications, analyze training, and create training reports as needed
â—Ź Be our teacher! Create and schedule training classes while delivering high-quality training in a variety of mediums including virtual webinars and in-person instructor led sessions for both new and existing Keeper employees
â—Ź Be our cheerleader! Establish and maintain an enthusiastic work environment and culture - keep it fun!
â—Ź Be our go-to person! Counsel and provide guidance to managers on employee professional development
â—Ź Be our Salesforce wiz! Provide new employees with extensive Salesforce (SFDC) and other technology training
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree is required
- Previous experience utilizing and training in SFDC
- At least 5+ years sales enablement experience
- Candidate must have sales enablement experience in a SaaS organization
- Proven experience in delivering effective sales training curricula
- Ability to work on occasional Sunday evenings for APAC onboarding as needed
Preferred Requirements
- Cybersecurity experience preferred
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deliver training confidently & clearly to a variety of system user groups
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office & Google Suite programs
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to wear different hats and work on areas where needed
- Amazing organizational skills with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
