About the opportunity
Northspyre is looking for its first Sales Enablement Manager to join our fast-growing, venture-backed start-up team. This is an opportunity to make a huge impact at a start-up disrupting the $10.5 trillion dollar real estate industry and to lead the build out of our Sales Enablement team.Â
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Analyze the current Northspyre’s go-to-market process and identify key gaps in individual’s training, messaging, and resources.
- Lead continuous improvement and engagement of our training resources to ensure knowledge gaps are closed, and the desired business results are realized.
- Channel direct communication between the sales and marketing team to ensure high impact marketing collateral is generated on a regular basis and properly utilized.
- Manage and monitor Northspyre's sales enablement tools and collateral usage to drive maximum business growth.
- Function as an internal consultant who monitors impact and drives maximum business growth.
- Report directly into the Head of Sales and gain exposure to the entire Northspyre leadership team.
- Develop and implement an onboarding program for new sales hires to shorten ramp time and get new team members productive sooner.
- Create exciting, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
- If successful, expand the sales enablement department within the next six months to a year.
We are looking for people who have:
- Ideally have sales enablement experience and previous experience in quota-carrying sales positions.
- Instinctively proactive capabilities and is able to take initiative and drive solutions..
- Deep knowledge of prospect psychology and the tools and messaging that drive them to take action.
- A passion about your product. You take the time to work cross functionally to wholly understand the vision and rationale behind what we are building.
- Knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques. You can also create engaging learning experiences for learners.
Bonus points if you have:
- SaaS experience
- You have experience building the sales enablement function for your organization from the ground up
- Experience within a VC or PE backed company
- Sales training from a formal program or organization
- Proficient in graphic design
A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this role’s listed level is currently $80k - $200k but may vary based on local market data by region. Role levels and salary ranges take into account a number of factors including, but not limited to, interview performance, skills, experience, knowledge, training and education, certifications and licenses, market data and other business needs.Â
This role is also eligible for equity and benefits.
