Sales Enablement Manager

What We Seek

The Sales Enablement Team at Carnegie Learning is responsible for training, coaching and empowering the sales team that works directly with educators across the country. Our customers work tirelessly every day to engage, inspire and connect students to educational materials that build essential skills and motivate them to be life-long learners. For our sales team to be successful in supporting our school and district partners in achieving their important goals, they need the right tools and training.

The Sales Enablement team's job is to provide that, and the role of the Sales Enablement Manager is to develop and deliver training and coaching around K-12 Math, ELA and World Language programs, as well as internal systems and processes for sales professionals across the country.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Training session planning - design and build content
• Training session delivery - facilitate virtual and in-person training on products and processes
• Content development - collaborate with internal stakeholders to create presentations, online lessons, and job aids
• Coaching and feedback - provide feedback based on live and recorded work from the sales team, including product demos and presentations and sales skills
• Data summaries and reporting - collect and synthesize survey and course completion data

• Deep knowledge of adult learning methodologies
• Excellent training and facilitation skills
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational systems
• Time management with the ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
• Computer and digital literacy- Zoom, social media, video/audio editing
• Ability to travel 25-30% of the time
• Teaching or training experience required
• Sales experience highly beneficial
• Knowledge of K-12 literacy and/or math instructional resources and approaches beneficial
• Education: bachelor's degree
