Your Impact
To support the rapid growth of the revenue organization, Mirakl is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support the Sales Enablement team.Â
Reporting to the Director of Sales Enablement, this role supports our revenue organization in AMER/ANZ by managing a broad range of sales enablement programs. This role plays a critical part in influencing the strategy of sales enablement based on rapidly changing needs. This will be a hybrid role (in-office & remote) based in our Somerville office.
What you will do at Mirakl
- Fully own and execute on a portfolio of onboarding and enablement programs for the Business Development team for the AMER & ANZ regions
- Partner with the Sales Enablement team to improve the onboarding program enablement; identifying gaps in process or implementation
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to develop continuous education on topics such as soft skills development and product training
- Partner with pre-sales leaders to assess training needs and content based on current trends and develop training programs to meet those needs
- Manage the new hire certification process
- Effectively design content to increase adoption and retention of knowledge
- Have established KPIs and regular analysis/reporting for the progress of new hires highlighting any trends
What Mirakl is looking for in a candidate
- 2+ years experience with a proven track record in Sales Enablement in a SaaS or a high-growth tech company
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
- Experience developing new sales onboarding training, role-plays, online courses, etc.
- Strategic thinker who looks beyond the task to uncover the deeper business need and work cross-functionally to solve it
- Foundational sales knowledge such as prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating, closing, etc.
- Demonstrated success working cross functionally to support a sales organization
- Experience working with sales leaders and pre-sales roles in understanding their needs for high quality, effective sales assets
- Proven success owning a sales enablement initiative
- Experience with tools like Salesloft, Highspot, and Gong (at least one)
- Ability to speak to sales methodologies you have used or been trained on
- MEDDPICC experience is a plus, but not required
