The Role

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will lead the Sales Operations team at the Newchip Accelerator. You will be responsible for being the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring goals are aligned, assisting with attribution, and providing the sales team with relevant collateral for prospects throughout the entire buyer journey, iterating on past success to hit future goals.

Your role will be to actively create and own initiatives and strategies to help increase the conversion rate for the sales team. You will develop and execute strategies that effectively engage startups looking to fundraise and scale; your job will be to help the sales team communicate the value of Newchip through relevant collateral at different stages of the buyer journey.

Over time your success will be measured by how much of an impact you had on increasing the conversion rate alongside the 50+ person sales organization.

Requirements

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or building collateral for sales teams
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented to a fault
  • Great communication skills and ability to command the room
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workflows
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A creative but analytical mind with an ability to suggest and implement improvements
  • Primarily a self-starter, but you aren't afraid to ask for direction
  • A knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possible
  • The role is onsite only in Austin, TX (however we do have remote days)
  • Experience building collateral and interacting cross-functionally with both sales teams and marketing
  • Experience with CRM software (in particular Hubspot and Outreach)
  • A deep understanding of industry standard KPIs, commission plans, and performance metrics
