Grammarly is excited to offer a remote-first hybrid working model, which combines the flexibility of working from home with the benefits of gathering in person. Team members can work primarily remotely in the United States, Canada, Ukraine, Germany, Poland, and Portugal. Conditions permitting, teams will meet in person a few times every quarter at one of Grammarly's hubs, currently in San Francisco, Kyiv, New York, Vancouver, and Berlin, or in a shared workspace in Krakow.
Grammarly team members in this role are required to live within a daily commutable distance to San Francisco. Grammarly may provide relocation assistance.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we're looking for a Sales Enablement Manager t o join our Revenue Operations team. This person will build out the first-ever sales enablement function within Grammarly. They will be responsible for determining and implementing sales enablement curriculum, content and technology priorities with key stakeholders. They will also drive productivity across the sales organization and develop a selling culture rooted in the "Command of the Message" methodology and MEDDIC qualification framework best practices.
Your impact
As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will work side-by-side with our leadership team and play a vital role in the success of the Sales organization by building and owning how we onboard, ramp, and train our sales team members while developing a world-class sales culture. If you love building as opposed to maintaining/optimizing, this is the right opportunity for you.
  • In your first month, you will get to know the company and the sales organization, and complete a sales enablement audit of what exists and what the key opportunities are.
  • By your third month, you will scope and begin to implement a curriculum for sales enablement aligned to the sales core competencies at Grammarly.
  • By month six, you will have fully implemented your sales enablement curriculum, associated tools, and identified areas for improvement across the org that you are actively working towards.
  • By the end of your first year, your initial Sales Enablement program will be up and running, and you will have designed a long-term charter, along with hiring plan to support scaling the sales org to meet our bookings goals.

We're looking for someone who
  • Embodies our EAGER values-is ethical, adaptable, gritty, empathetic, and remarkable.
  • Is able to collaborate in person in San Francisco 4 weeks per quarter.
  • Has experience building or being a part of an early sales enablement team.
  • Has experience scoping, creating and implementing a sales enablement curriculum from onboarding/ramping to on-going training.
  • Understands MEDDIC and "Command of the Message" frameworks.
  • Is a strong communicator and presenter.
  • Understands key SaaS sales metrics and how to positively affect them through enablement.
  • Has previous experience in a quota-carrying role (e.g., BDR, SDR, AE, AM, SE, CSM, etc).
  • Wants to to build something great from the ground up.
