We're currently looking for:
A dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Enablement Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our enterprise sales efforts for RingCentral solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise selling, sales methodologies, and the complex sales cycles inherent in the enterprise market. This role requires a proactive, Get Stuff Done (GSD) attitude and the ability to develop and implement effective training programs, tools, and metrics to enhance the performance of our enterprise sales team .
To succeed in this role you must have experience in:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to develop and refine enterprise sales strategies and methodologies.
  • Work closely with product managers, subject matter experts, and sales leaders to ensure that the sales team is well-equipped to communicate the value proposition of RingCentral solutions effectively.
  • Drive the adoption of value-based selling techniques that align with RingCentral's solutions and the unique needs of enterprise clients.
  • Leverage your strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.
  • Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for enterprise sales professionals, including new hires and ongoing skill enhancement.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, presentations, and resources that cater to different learning styles and levels of experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually evolve the sales training curriculum.
  • Identify, develop, and maintain a suite of tools, resources, and collateral that empower the sales team to effectively engage enterprise clients throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, positioning, and branding.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance metrics related to sales enablement initiatives, and use data-driven insights to refine and optimize programs.
  • Provide regular reports to sales leadership on the impact and effectiveness of enablement efforts.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in enterprise sales enablement, with a track record of driving improved sales performance and revenue growth.
  • Technology solution-based selling (SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, EX, Cloud applications, VoIP)
  • Strong grasp of enterprise selling dynamics, sales methodologies, and value-based selling techniques.
  • Exceptional curriculum development skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful training materials.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with SFDC and sales enablement tools such as HighSpot, Gong, Outreach and more.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • GSD & Tenacity; Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • BS degree, continued training and education preferred

If you are hired in Colorado, California, Nevada, New York, Maryland, Washington, Connecticut, Rhode Island, the compensation range for this position is between $92,880 - 137,760 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
