About The Role 

In order to make mental health care work for everyone, Path must grow our network of therapists across the country. To support our small but mighty recruiting and account management teams, we’re looking for an innovative Sales Enablement Manager to build programming that supports a fast-growing B2B team. You will support Path’s goal of rapidly scaling the provider (therapist) network by empowering a team of sales reps, success associates, and their managers to be excellent in their roles. You will onboard, train, and offer supplemental coaching to help the teams exceed their goals. 

We are still in our early stages of growth, so we are looking for candidates who are flexible with change and are excited to be in a grassroots role, necessitating the development, construction, and administration of scalable programs.

You Will

  • Own the training and development curriculum for Path’s provider frontline teams

  • Offer insights and guidance to frontline team leads for improved efficacy and efficiency of their agents

  • Facilitate smooth change management by preparing teams for tooling and process changes

  • Measure, monitor, and report on impact of enablement initiatives

  • Maintain organization of internal resources and external-facing content to be readily available for front-line 

What We’re Looking For

  • Must-Haves 

    • 5+ years Sales Enablement leadership experience in a high-growth organization

    • Experience with virtual learning tools and sales coaching in a fully remote workforce 

    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, has the ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging to a variety of user groups

    • Proven track record of taking a metrics-driven approach to developing and delivering innovative programs that address operational barriers and challenges in achieving high performance

    • Proficiency in Google Sheets, able to convey clear insights with data

    • Experience leading a team of junior independent contributors, guiding their day-to-day activities and supporting their continued growth and development

    • High energy, and a positive motivator, experimental, creative

    • Highly organized, deadline and detail-oriented

    • Experience building training for new hires and ongoing development programs for both inbound and outbound sales teams

    • Leverages interactive and innovative teaching styles for retention, has knowledge of adult learning methodologies, principles, and evaluation models. 

    • Ensure adoption and retention of methodologies, tools, content and best practices while continually innovating on delivery, adoption, and reporting

    • Leverage technology insights and data to create a culture of coaching; support sales and business growth via structured and streamlined coaching in 1:1 and many environments

  • Preferred 

    • Experience in health-tech space, or B2B sales

    • Early-stage startup experience 

    • Experience with the following tech stack tools: Salesforce, Fountain, Service Desk, Zendesk, Talkdesk, Google Suite, Rewatch

    • Background in sales management, account management 

    • Has held a quota-carrying role as an AE
