We are hiring detail oriented, data driven, out of the box thinkers with sales enablement and operations experience to effectively support the continued expansion of our sales organization. The ideal candidate will be a leader and team player, driven by helping others to succeed.

  • Identify requirements for, design, deliver and enhance new hire and on-going sales training through a blended-learning approach
  • Support the on-going development of Sales Consultants and Sales Managers through observation, continuous training and coaching
  • Launch and administer the LMS system
  • Evaluate, maximize and train on the sales enablement tools and tech stack including the CRM (HubSpot), lead generation platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator), intent data tools, dialers, etc.
  • Create, document and manage processes that keep CRM data clean and highly functional
  • Manage dashboard and reports to provide monthly KPI results
  • Identify gaps and make improvements to impact sales velocity and new hire ramp time
  • Provide timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results
  • Act as the liaison between sales and marketing, helping to define the Buyer’s Journey and manage development and rollout of new materials.
  • Own the modeling and implementation of sales territories and quota setting
  • Review monthly sales expenses as compared to budget, identify and resolve variances
  • Calculate commissions for the sales organization on a quarterly basis

THE SKILLSET

  • Located in Denver, CO
  • BS/BA with a minimum 3 years in a sales enablement and sales operations role
  • Minimum 1 year in a communications or SaaS sales role with working knowledge of business-to-business sales processes and best practices
  • Instills trust and confidence in their interactions with others
  • Vibrant and energetic attitude that can cultivate a fun culture without losing sight of results.
  • Intellectually curious and resourceful with a natural ability to innovate and drive success in an ever-changing startup sales environment.
  • Strong leader who is self-motivated and able to utilize interpersonal skills to convey and relate ideas
  • Effective presentation skills with the ability to transfer knowledge in a clear and concise manner for all learning styles
  • Outstanding time management skills with strong follow-through and the ability to self-manage and prioritize.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with O365 including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Per Colorado pay equity posting requirements, the compensation for the Denver based Sales Enablement Manager role is between $79,000 and $118,999, depending on the candidate experience level.  The role also has a 10% bonus potential with key performance indicator attainment.
