What we’re looking for…

The Sales Enablement Program Manager will report to and partner with the Head of Global Enablement to enhance the effectiveness of our global sales team, partners and customers through knowledge-based programs and training, You will work collaboratively with sales leadership, field sales and other department SME’s to coordinate innovative delivery of e-learning and instructor-led training for sales onboarding, product knowledge, workshops, sales strategy, selling effectiveness, sales process and more. A new focus for the team will be on sales tools enablement, ensuring that our sellers are fully leveraging the capabilities of the platforms and systems we already have in place, and this will be one of your primary initiatives in 2023. Our enablement team is a growing, very close knit, yet globally distributed family that cares deeply for one another as humans and works passionately together to continually exceed expectations.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills coupled with technology acumen, especially familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other popular sales tools. We are looking for an eye for detail and a passion for designing and delivering an exceptional training experience across multiple channels for our global ecosystem of sellers, partners and customers.


What you’ll be doing…

  • In collaboration with the Head of Global Enablement, design and deliver programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of our global sales team
  • Collaborate with various departments and SME’s to identify topics and desired learning outcomes, develop programs and implement recommendations that support business outcomes and strategy
  • In collaboration with our Instructional Design Team, manage the full life cycle of our knowledge transfer mechanism, from needs analysis through evaluation and impact assessment
  • Manage workstreams and track progress on all Enablement priorities and projects, using either Smartsheets or a similar tool like Microsoft Planner/ ToDo. This includes meeting/ stakeholder management and scheduling
  • Proactively identify ongoing enablement needs through surveys, observations, and stakeholder feedback
  • Responsible for working simultaneously on multiple projects, all with aggressive timelines, to support the priorities of Global Enablement, which are often fluid and responsive to the business
  • Partner with subject matter experts and business partners to gain understanding of sales challenges requiring deeper learning. Perform needs assessments to determine learner needs when required
  • Assist in the design, development, and continuous improvement of the curriculum supporting our sellers, partners and customer globally
  • Develop learning solutions using multiple forms including classroom, e-Learning, web meeting, workshops and blended instruction. Continuously improve existing programming through redesign efforts and integration of new engaging content and/or technology
  • Assist in the implementation of new training programs based on new product launches, acquisitions, changes in processes
  • Provide recommendations around innovative concepts and social learning techniques to train individuals at all levels
  • Work closely with Head of Global Enablement on Sales Kick Off agenda, coordination of all participant and presenter materials, and logistics (SKO is typically in the mid-January to early February timeframe; our 2023 SKO is in Palm Springs, CA from Jan 30 – Feb 2)
  • In coordination with Global Enablement’s Knowledge Management function, develop and track metrics to measure learning success and business impact

Qualities you possess…

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ experience in instructional program design and coordination of sales enablement programs for Account Executives, Sales Engineers and Business Development Representatives
  • Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS, we currently use Litmos) and instructional design tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Premier, vYond or similar
  • Experience in implementation, facilitation, and training delivery through self-paced online, webinar-based and in-person learning
  • Work with SME’s to deliver complex concepts as simple, effective tools or processes for sales team
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and various project management tools
  • Ability to design and work on multiple cross-functional concurrent projects
  • Strategic thinking and a strong desire to apply innovation to the design of learning programs
  • Advanced writing, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across all levels in the organization
  • Proven experience managing multiple competing priorities within an aggressive timeline
  • Thrive in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
