Sales Enablement Program Manager - Digital Tools

Position Overview:
The Program Manager supports the Marketing and Commercial Operations (MCO) organization and the Electrical Sector North American Sales (NAS) organization and reports directly to Manager, Field Enablement. Significant emphasis is placed on training and adoption for digital tools and dashboards to ensure that the Eaton professional salesforce, which also includes Eaton's external salesforce comprised of representatives and agents, are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to successfully leverage our digital tools and resources to increase their productivity and effectiveness.
Primary responsibilities include providing strategic solutions and program management that enables the business to execute learning and development strategy, as well as lead initiatives that enhance employee learning experiences, organizational selling competence, digital tool and dashboard proficiency

In this function you will:
- You will lead in the development of new programs and processes for the field sales team. Create & maintain all program documentation including project plans, process maps, work assessments, technology utilization, stakeholder updates, presentations.
- You will scope and facilitate the courses and curriculum required for key training programs related to digital sales enablement tools and dashboards.
- You will partner with sales enablement team operations, experience design team members as well as other business stakeholders to achieve program deployment and deliverables
- You will assess and support sales employee lifecycle programs related to orientation, onboarding and ongoing employee development.
- You will create clearly defined, and mutually agreeable success metrics for each program or process. Establish a plan to track, monitor, and measure program success.
- You will analyze data to identify opportunities for process, knowledge and communication improvements both within the team and for field sales teams.
- You will communicate at all levels of the organization. Provide timely updates on program milestones, accomplishments, and challenges.

Qualifications
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Combined 5 years of experience in learning and development and/or sales and marketing
- Sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without requiring company sponsorship.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree is preferred
- Training facilitation experience
- Digital tool experience (Elixir, SAP, VISTA, BidManager, etc.)
Position Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience developing business partnerships with cross-functional leadership to achieve results
- Strong project management skills demonstrated large, cross group project and program management skills
- Strong influencing, communication, and coaching skills
- Experience presenting to senior leadership
- Experience in collaborating with leaders
- Strong analytical skills, including experience developing and using metrics for analysis for various leadership levels and initiatives
- Continuous/process improvement experience and mindset
- Change management skills
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $87,200 - $119,900 a year.
