Sales Enablement Specialist
Job Description
What you will do here:
Develop and maintain sales collateral to assess the overall effectiveness of established Key Performance Indicators and potential success of sales teams. Conduct regular content reviews and evolve sales resources such as sales scripts, product resources, coaching models and demos
Partner with sales leaders to identify critical data points, knowledge gaps, and opportunities to improve sales success. Serve as a liaison between marketing, sales, and product teams to apply change management methodologies in order to provide the best implementations for front line sales teams.
Collaborate with sales leaders and the Learning & Development team to develop a training curriculum for sales teams that includes onboarding, upskilling and ever boarding. Provide recommendations on training timelines to ensure for the preparedness of sales representatives.
Assist enablement teams with sales reporting and analysis, as well as promote the best use of Sales Enablement resources to various lines of business.

What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required.
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline Or equivalent experiencepreferred.
4+ years sales experience required.
2+ years sales training and enablement experience required.
1+ year experience using Salesforce preferred.
Strong understanding of sales key performance indicator analysis required.
Demonstrated ability to conduct report analysis for the purpose of developing training and communicating recommendations required.
Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey alignment required.
Demonstrated understanding of Adult Learning Theory and instructional design methodologies preferred.
Experience with Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems preferred.
High aptitude for self-managed work and driving cross-functional results required.
Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills required.
