Sales Enablement Specialist

The Role
As a Sales Enablement Specialist on the Rev Ops team, you’ll play a key role in creating scalable enablement resources. This includes development of a library of self-service eLearning content with knowledge checks as well as resources specifically designed for Sales. You’ll also focus on ensuring our content enablement system is optimized for accessibility and impact.
What You Will Do
- Develop Sales playbooks and tools in partnership with Sales leadership and management
- Administrate the content enablement system and management sales resources
- Measure the effectiveness of enablement content and strategies
- Develop Sales curriculum, including creation of e-learning content
What You Need to Succeed
- Content management in a system such as Highspot.
- Experience developing e-learning content.
- Development of sales resources
- Understanding of adult learning best practices
Nice to Haves But Not Required
- Prior experience in a sales or BDR role.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $64,000 - $86,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
