About the Role

Earlier this year, CrunchTime! and Zenput merged to create a unique and unified approach to supporting restaurants’ back of house technology needs resulting in simplified operations.Â
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will work closely with sales leadership in developing best-in-class training for our Sales team. This role will report to the Sales Enablement Manager. You will own projects to enhance pipeline development, drive customer acquisition and expansion.
What you’ll do as a Sales Enablement Specialist
- Assist with driving insights into sales enablement metrics and measurements.
- Assist with large-scale enablement programming, especially Sales Kick-Off and Quarterly Business Review.
- Enable training of our go-to-market team around CT products, systems, tools as well as sales processes.
- Facilitate the New Hire onboarding program for our GTM Team.
- Manage the coordination of Enablement programs such as: New Hire Onboarding, product-specific training sessions, and weekly enablement sessions.Â
- Provide feedback on new seller performance and growth.
- Help identify opportunities to strategically improve sales processes.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in sales training or sales enablement
- Previous experience in SaaS sales
- High performer and thought leader
- Outstanding presenter and public speaker
- Ability to coach and mentor sales executives
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with all levels of management
