Job Description
The Sales Enablement Specialist at Exiger, a leading SaaS supply chain risk management & third-party risk management solution, is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and programs that empower the sales team to achieve their targets. This role involves creating and optimizing sales content, providing training and onboarding programs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and curate high-quality sales collateral, presentations, and training materials that align with product messaging and value proposition.
- Collaborate with GTM, product marketing, subject matter experts, and sales leadership to ensure accurate and compelling content.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team and keep them informed about sales trends, best practices, product updates and industry insights.
- Work closely with sales leadership to analyze and optimize the sales process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Develop and maintain a sales playbook that outlines best practices, objection handling, and competitive positioning.
- Manage and optimize the use of sales technology tools, including CRM and sales enablement platforms, to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Provide guidance on the adoption and effective utilization of sales technologies.
- Partner with sales, GTM, marketing, product management and customer success teams to ensure alignment between departments and consistency in messaging.
- Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance sales productivity.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Project Management skillset with an analytical mindset to make data driven recommendations (Strong Salesforce Reporting & MS Excel skills)
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a similar role within a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience in selling SCRM/TPRM preferred
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and the sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, sales tools and technologies (consensus, salesforce, salesloft, orum, hubspot, 6sense etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across teams.

This position is remote eligible within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
