Are you interested in a Sales Enablement role with an opportunity to learn, grow, and drive impactful change? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment? It is an exciting season of building and expansion for the Sales Operations and Enablement team. The team is actively looking to add an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist that will complement our engaged and committed team. The role will be vital in the overall optimization of the existing businesses processes as well as be a key contributor to the mission of supporting the Provider Solutions organization as their strategic partner in order to meet the business objectives.​
What You’ll Do Â
- Proficiency in learning and utilizing diverse business systems such as Salesforce, Vonage and Gong, from operational understanding to data reportingÂ
- Salesforce data management: Ensure data is managed correctly, and regularly report on data to help users and executives make decisionsÂ
- Enforce quality/compliance/accuracy standards when conducting audits of data entryÂ
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce Â
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and initiatives as it relates to business systems and processesÂ
- Deliver ongoing training and support, in collaboration with the SOE team, to the Provider Solutions DepartmentÂ
- Assist in developing and maintaining systems documentationÂ
- Jira Service Management: view and work the SOE portal, and manage the queue by working customer requests while maintaining SLA metricsÂ
- Conduct UAT testing for software platformsÂ
- Support departmental initiatives and identify ways to enhance training effectivenessÂ
What We Need Â
- Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Â
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar roleÂ
- Proven experience with Salesforce optimization, reporting and dashboard creationÂ
- Strong project management and communication skillsÂ
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookÂ
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepanciesÂ
Desired Qualifications Â
- Experience in healthcare, health tech, sales, or a related industryÂ
- Strong understanding of sales processes and how to improve themÂ
- Proficiency with other CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools or sales enablement platformsÂ
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentÂ
- SQL or Tableau experience Â
What You'll Need to Succeed Â
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyÂ
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to train and support sales teams effectivelyÂ
