THE ROLEÂ
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enablement Specialist to join our team. As an Enablement Specialist you will play a key role in creating engaging and effective learning experiences and delivering training for our internal sales teams and partners. The Enablement Specialist will work closely with subject matter experts, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to ensure that all training materials are engaging, effective, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and a passion for technology.Â
YOU WILLÂ

Design and develop engaging and effective instructional materials and programs, including e-learning modules, job aids, instructor-led training materials, and other training resources.Â

Design training and compliance materials to educate our sales team on the why and how of utilizing our products and services.Â

Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that all training materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.Â

Partner with relevant stakeholders to optimize our help site structure to foster an engaging and effective resource for our customers and internal teams to find and interact with knowledge content.Â

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all training projects.Â

Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and programs and make recommendations for improvements.Â

Keep up to date with the latest trends, developments and regulations in instructional design and compliance.Â

Manage and audit the content in our LMS and CMS systems to ensure materials are updated and relevant.Â

Work with product, customer success, product marketing and other teams to ensure we’re collaborating on the best materials for our customers.Â

YOU BRINGÂ
-
3+ years of experience in training, teaching or learning developmentÂ
-
2+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related field.Â
-
2+ years of experience in designing learning materials for a SaaS company’s customers.Â
-
1+ year experience with Enterprise Risk Management for the financial industry strongly preferred.Â

Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles.Â

Experience with LMS systems such as Highspot, Absorb, or Cornerstone.Â

Experience with e-learning development tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Visme or other authoring tools.Â

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Â

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.Â

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Â

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â

Experience with virtual training platforms and tools is a plus.Â

Compensation Information
Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $85,000 to $105,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
