Job Description

Who We Are

Having surpassed $200M ARR and continuing to grow rapidly, AuditBoard is the leading audit, risk, and compliance platform on the market. More than 40% of the Fortune 500, including 6 of the Fortune 10, leverage our award-winning technology to move their businesses forward with greater clarity and agility. And our customers love us: AuditBoard is top-rated on G2.com and Gartner Peer Insights.

At AuditBoard we inspire each other to innovate and are proud of what we are producing. We spend each day thinking of new ways to help our customers and contribute to the greater good of our company and our surrounding communities. We are all about assisting each other and breaking through barriers to create the most loved audit, risk, and compliance platform by our customers. This is how we have become one of the 500 fastest-growing tech companies in North America for the fourth year in a row as ranked by Deloitte!

Why This Role is Exciting:

Our Sales Enablement organization is growing here at AuditBoard! If you’re at all familiar with sales enablement, you’ll know that enablement teams come in all shapes and sizes. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our enablement crew (currently a team of 6) and begin to build your skillset in this exciting and impact-focused domain! Come join us and help up-level our Sales team.
So what will this enablement specialist DO, exactly? So glad you asked! We’ve continued to expand our platform offerings (ie. new solutions, new products, new features) and we need your help to drive product enablement for the sales org. As a Sales Enablement Specialist focusing on product enablement, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our sales team's understanding and fluency with our product offerings. Your primary responsibilities will include leading enablement strategy, coordinating training efforts for product launches and enhancements, retraining on existing product content, and establishing scalable product enablement practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enablement strategy, training build/coordination, and certification for product launches and enhancements
  • Refresh existing product content and develop strategies to ensure continuous reinforcement and maximize product fluency among the sales team
  • Establish scalable product enablement practices and templatize approaches to streamline collaboration and simplify enablement content
  • Coordinate closely with internal experts (ie. solutions engineering, product marketing, etc.) to ensure comprehensive training materials and effective collaboration
  • Act as a facilitator during training, ensuring engagement and understanding among sales team members
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of product enablement initiatives and make recommendations for improvement

Not an expert in Audit, Risk, and Compliance? That’s okay! We’re not expecting this role to be a subject matter expert in our domain. Instead, we’re relying heavily on your expert-level project management skill set and the ability to collaborate with (internal) SMEs to drive your program!

Attributes for a Successful Candidate:

  • 1-2 years professional experience in a SaaS customer facing role (XDR, sales, success, renewals, etc.). Preference given to candidates with experience in training and/or enablement
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex launches involving multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and drive co-ownership of key programs and deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High adaptability to manage multiple priorities and navigate constant change
  • Proficiency in using collaboration tools and software such as the Google suite
  • Excellent knowledge of SaaS sales processes, best practices, and popular tools leveraged by sales teams. Preference given to candidates with knowledge/previous experience with Salesforce, Outreach, GONG, and WorkRamp
  • Understanding of training best practices and experience delivering training through a variety of delivery methods (online, in-person, etc.)
  • Expert ability to collaborate and drive co-ownership of key programs and deliverables, while coordinating multiple activities and programs within a team environment

Perks*

  • Launch a career at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in North America!
  • Live your best life (LYBL)! $200/mo for anything that enhances your life
  • Remote and hybrid work options, plus lunch in the office
