This Sales Enablement Role is for you if you love working with a team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a national sales team. The perfect candidate will have experience in B2B selling, training, or coaching a team and be willing to work hand in hand with the sales and marketing team to build out strong sales training, tools, and artifacts to help us crush our competitors.

What will you do for Courser? As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a vital role in the revenue team by managing essential functions, including activating and enabling corporate playbooks within each of our National Brands. Your primary responsibility will be to support Courser’s sales and account management organization, which follows a consultative selling methodology, in determining the right technological solutions for the right buyer personas at the right time. By collaborating closely with various departments, you will guarantee consistent deployment and activation to enhance the team's ability to effectively position and sell the value of the Platform's product solutions.

Here are a few more details on the position's responsibilities:
- Onboarding and Integration: Assist in the onboarding and integration process of new hires and acquisitions, ensuring seamless incorporation into the platform playbooks and tech stacks.
- Playbook Activation and Enablement: Facilitate the ongoing activation and enablement of corporate playbooks within each National Brand.
- Training and Coaching: Facilitate sessions for geography resources, addressing gaps in playbook knowledge or tech stack usage and equipping sales leaders with the tools to coach and develop their teams.
- Tech Stack Deployment and Management: Oversee the correct deployment and management of the tech stack, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales enablement, operations, or related roles.
Strong understanding of consultative selling methodologies and buyer personas.
Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales-related technology tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
A collaborative and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple priorities and tasks.
