Position Summary:

This position requires an individual who can drive and implement new sales enablement projects and solutions. They support the retail and b2b sales teams by creating efficiencies, optimizing processes, and managing the systems the teams utilize. These systems include MS Dynamics CRM, MS Teams, HubSpot, Clearview, Sakari, Five9, Power BI, DocuSign, NLS, Jira, Confluence, Alive 5, Wrike, and any other systems sales may utilize in the future. This role is for someone who thrives in a self-starting setting with a drive for deliverables. This individual will have the ability to drive and manage projects within the Sales Operations team and other related technology platforms-attention to detail and critical thinking is a must!

Responsibilities:

  • Drives, manages, and executes sales enablement projects as directed by the Director of Sales Operations and the Vice President of Sales
  • Managing changes or requests to modify, enhance and/or update the systems sales utilizes (see list above) and understanding downstream implications and integrations impacted
  • Manges testing to ensure that business objectives are met
  • Works with PMO, product owners, and key stakeholders to map out project charter, comprehensive plan, resources requirements, risks and expected outcomes
  • Identify and understand user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs.
  • Utilizes comprehensive project management methodology and processes to lead projects related to Sales Enablement
  • Helps identify and actively engage project resources as needed
  • Influences and communicates with partners to ensure that projects meet the established objectives
  • Managing sales processes through the marketing automation platform while working closely with marketing and analytics to strategize and create new sales opportunities
  • Supports data management and best practices
  • Organizes testing and / or vetting of new technologies/applications to support sales
  • Identifies opportunities for sales enablement efficiencies and growth
  • Collaborates with various teams to identify gaps and roadblocks
  • Responsible for the sales processes within CRM for both retail and B2B sales channels
  • Applies knowledge and data to resolve process issues/problems
  • Helps track success in Sales Enablement execution
  • Lead the development and delivery of tools and assets that support sales interactions throughout the customer cycle
  • Assist in the identification, evaluation and implementation of enablement tools and software to deliver assets and training to improve selling and service efficiency
  • Manage Sales Operations including in-depth QA and training for systems upgrades (CRM, NLS, etc.)

  • This position is responsible for helping us to drive best practices around project and data management in our platforms in partnership with the sales operations team including internal and external data sources, reporting and research tools to execute.

Job Specifications:

  • Three to five years of experience in sales enablement, sales training or sales communication; background in technology, higher education or healthcare is preferred
  • Experience presenting via webcasts and in person to large audiences is preferred

  • Proven experience with CRM software, Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Other:

  • Occasional overnight travel may be required
