Job Description

This Enablement role will play a critical role in supporting and empowering our sales teams to achieve their goals and drive revenue growth by leading the direction, maintenance, and adoption of our GTM tools and processes. The Enablement Specialist is tasked with identifying and deploying enablement and productivity strategies that will help the Sales team effectively use and optimize tools in their day-to-day.

What you'll be doing

  • Aid in the creation of aesthetically pleasing and engaging learning materials and compelling course content to connect how tech tools can propel Sales performance
  • Partner in the ownership of the sales enablement content library and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need. Recommend and execute changes as necessary
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage processes and process changes. Responsible for training on process updates and providing ample documentation of changes to the tech stack
  • Manage our vendor relationships to coordinate and deploy training for sales systems in our existing tech stack
  • Work with Ops to pull Sales data to inform programs as needed
  • Drive the operational rhythm of Enablement programs to ensure successful execution
  • Assist with large-scale enablement programming, especially Onboarding and Sales Kick-Off

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully supporting sales teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong understanding and experience with various GTM tools and processes, including CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, content management systems, and sales methodologies
  • Proficiency in evaluating, implementing, and managing processes, along with the ability to train and provide documentation on process updates and changes to the tech stack
  • Insatiable curiosity and love of technology
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex issues with the goal of mitigating/eliminating barriers to progress
