Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in a B2B services organization with experience in cloud computing, enterprise, software, or services.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in a training, enablement, or marketing role focused on technical business skills, with some customer-facing experience.
  • Understanding of business, marketing, and communications that can drive growth.
  • Ability to execute in a customer-focused environment and advocate for customers across a cross-functional organization.
  • Ability to iterate on materials quickly and be responsive to stakeholders.
  • Ability to produce high-quality slides with attention paid to Google branding and style guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and present to stakeholders and executives, spanning all organizational levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Build internal and external learning and business enablement content, customer-facing assets, and communications.
  • Collaborate with customer training teams, regional consulting, and Sales teams for enablement assets released for new offers and products. Launch, land, collect feedback, and iterate on assets.
  • Design, develop, and maintain business assets including pitch decks, internal enablement decks, FAQs, emails, and videos in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into training and enablement strategy, content, and programs.
  • Maintain asset management, review, manage, and improve existing assets and associated processes or operations.
