Job Summary
Sales Engineers are responsible for providing support to our internal and external customers.
In this role, the Sales Engineer maintains knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate customers.
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team! As a Sales Engineer you will help our company grow by improving our sales process and productivity.
Sales are the biggest driver of our company's success, so your position plays a crucial role at our company.
Ideal candidate can identify customer needs and is passionate about exceeding client expectations.
Job Description
- Visit existing and prospective customers at their sites to identify future opportunities
- Schedule, coordinate, and lead meetings with Customers
- Establish positive working relationship with Customers
- Draft comprehensive written proposals for the sale of products and Negotiate with our Customers
- Suggest solutions and present quotations to key customer(s)
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
- Lead creation and execution of Customer strategy based on regular work with Customer base
- Maintain an updated sales funnel and participate in regular sales reviews
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
- Establish, create, and propose reports and metrics for review with internal leadership team
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- BS in Business, Engineering or similar relevant field
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Previous relevant working experience
- Experience in sales and customer services will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
