What You’ll Do

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Engineer to work closely with our sales team and prospective customers. The Sales Engineer will serve as a technical expert, bridging the gap between our product offerings and the specific needs of our clients. This role requires strong technical acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively demonstrate the value of our solutions to potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise:
  • Gain a deep understanding of Simpro product and their technical intricacies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Translate technical features into business benefits for customers
  1. Sales Support:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and tailor product demonstrations accordingly
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our solutions meet customer needs
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical proposals and documentation
  • Address technical questions and concerns raised by potential clients
  1. Customer Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at customer organizations
  • Identify customer pain points and propose solutions that align with our products
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them understand the technical aspects of our solutions
  1. Proof of Concept (PoC):
  • Assist in the planning and execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, showcasing the value of our products
  • Collaborate with customers to define success criteria and track progress
  1. Feedback and Improvement:
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the product development team to influence product enhancements
  • Continuously improve and develop product demonstration materials and resources

 

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on solving customer challenges
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and presentations

Compensation: $100,000-$140,000 + Bonus
