Job Description
The successful candidate will develop high-quality sales orders on behalf of the customer for intake into the sales order planning process. Collaborates with our Games Sales team throughout North America by collecting data on the prospective customer’s floor; using this information to prepare an accurate sales order based on hardware and software resulting in a Sales Order Configuration (SOC). Also, continuously update customer preferences with researched data. Visit customers alongside sales providing technical support, while the Salesperson sells our brand, culture, and products. Ensure order accuracy from contract to production build based on negotiations and confirmations with our customer’s technical slot floor stakeholders. Oversee the quality of the product produced then it is turned over to our Field Services team as completed.
A Sales Engineer should have experience preparing and facilitating presentations. Intermediate knowledge of our CRM system solutions and have a basic understanding of all departments. Familiar with dashboards and executive summaries.
What You'll Do

Professionally communicate with our customers, technical information

Willing to travel 60%+ along with Sales throughout his or her territory within North America

Support Business Development Executive (BDE) preparing sales offerings

Translate technical terms using words more recognizable depending on the audience

Listen to the specific needs of each customer and the solution designed by the BDE, formulates a technically correct Sales Order Contract (SOC)

Familiar with Aristocrat’s product portfolio and gaming compliance approved configurations by jurisdiction

Support technical presentations by Business Development Executive (BDE)

Update Executive Dashboard reporting; including details to quality score achievement (QPI)

Understand Aristocrat and Gaming Industry acronyms and jargon

Work fluidity with all departments when formulizing a technical proposal and commitments

Professionally dressed to best represent yourself and Aristocrat

Able to lift 25 pounds
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
-
3 to 5 years of relative gaming industry experience
-
CRM knowledge such as SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics (D365) or equivalent
-
Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
-
Eliminate any trends of garbage in garbage out and shift right to quality in, quality right!

Support sustainable and scalable process to frontend, technical, order quality

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Point, Outlook, Excel and Word

Experience with signage used in the Casino Gaming Industry

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
