About the Opportunity

The Sales Engineer is responsible for building technical understanding and identifying customer business requirements and matching them to product features. We are looking for people that are passionate, driven, have a willingness to try new things, have empathy towards others, and are able to figure things out in a fast-paced environment.

The SE role will perform demos and proof of concepts of Blumira’s product and help prospects get their Blumira accounts up and running.

Role Expectations
  • Lead product demonstrations
  • Adapt to constant change as we scale the business
  • Respond to technical objections and create competitive differentiation 
  • Providing the technical knowledge to help customers understand how Blumira can help them meet their business goals
  • Educating prospects on product implementation and usage
  • Learning about customers' successes and challenges, sharing customer feedback within Blumira, and advocating for customer interests
  • Help drive the roadmap through capturing customer feedback and relaying it to the Product team
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years Sales Engineer in SaaS and/or Security sales
  • Problem solver that creatively overcomes technical challenges
  • Team-oriented and strong collaboration skills
  • Passionate commitment to quality and success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Growth mindset
  • Can quickly identify and solve technical and business challenges related to software delivery
  • Able to relate technical concepts to customers of all technical backgrounds
  • Empathy and positive attitude working with a high volume of people / partners
  • Previous knowledge/experience with RMM Tools, PSA Tools, O365, Windows Server, AD, and Linux Administration Preferred

Salary: $130-180K OTE
