Sales Engineer - Digital

Summary

Develop comprehensive Technical and Commercial solutions for modernizations and new installations of digital solutions for Rolling Mill, Metallurgy and Process Line equipment, utilizing a proactive customer oriented sales focus.

What you'll do

• Develop Technical solutions for sales projects based on project requirements, SMS standards and similar reference projects
• Develop project cost estimates based on the Technical solution utilizing the required vendors and reference estimates
• Present SMS Technical solutions to customers as part of the sales activities
• Supervision received is mostly administrative, with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
• Interface and communicate with individuals and units within or outside of the engineering department as well as with customers and suppliers, with
  responsibility for providing solutions on technical and project-related matters.

What you'll need

• Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science
• 3-10 years' of combined experience within digital or automation and sales roles in metals or similar industries,
• Willing to travel to support the sales activities.
• This person will be a self-starter with excellent English oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent computer and time management skills
