Sales Engineer II - Enterprise | Cisco | Colorado Remote

**This position is remote within the state of Colorado - SE II will attend weekly meetings in the Denver office & travel to client sites in Colorado

JOB SUMMARY:

A Sales Engineer (SE II) will be working with our Account Executives to ensure customer needs, solutions and deadlines are being met. The SE II will strive to build, enhance, and maintain relationships with our current and future customers as the technical lead for products and services. This role will be responsible for increasing the functional output of the sales team through consistent and effective communication internally and externally with our customers. An SE II is mainly customer facing and is constantly focused on identifying new opportunities for growth and scoping solutions for both products (BOMs) and services (SOWs).

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyzes customers business needs and develops short-term strategies based on knowledge of customer's current communication network, equipment, and business on how company can competitively meet customer's needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams and their client to understand requirements, to promote the sale of products and services via presales support
• Performing required Sales Engineering activities with limited supervision and works well with other engineers on best practice methods for up-to-date research on vendor products
• Experience in scoping hardware, software and services solutions and solution engineering aligned with two (2) or more of Zivaro's business solutions around Hybrid IT, Collaboration, Big Data & Analytics, Security and Cloud
• Planning and modifying product configurations (BOMs)
• Implementing high quality solutions with extreme attention to detail in delivery and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• ZIVARO is looking for a person who ideally has a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
• This person MUST hold one of the mid-level technical Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certifications below:
  • CCIE Wireless
  • CCNP Wireless
  • Implementing-Operating Cisco EN Core Tech 350-401 v1 ANDImplementing Enterprise Wireless Networks 300-430 v1
• In addition, this person would possess strong interpersonal skills and the goal is to manage a large, diverse technical work load in a fast-paced work environment.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: minimum of 6 years of relevant experience

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required

U.S. Citizenship is required for most positions at Zivaro, due to security clearance and government/federal contracts held by Zivaro.
