SALES ENGINEERING DIRECTOR FILM TRACK


WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Director Sales Engineer designs and delivers best-in-class business process and technology solutions for CNB clients. This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall architecture of the client solution(s) as proposed by CNB align with the Client's roadmap.This resource will engage with internal CNB product teams and vendors to effectively plan and deliver solutions for CNB Clients. Along with an advisory group, project managers, TMS and the Relationship Manager, the Director Sales Engineer will be responsible for overall solution design. This role will collaborate with the team on Contract and SOW delivery, as well as early escalation of potential change requests.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Directly interact with clients and sales personnel to identify, qualify, and validate client requirements for technology solutions. Assist Client Advisory team, TMSOs and the Relationship Manager in delivering initial discovery and solution options to the client.
  • Create solution prototypes and POCs (Proof of Concept) that illustrate business value and garner client buy-in.
  • Provide technical perspective to ensure a realistic estimation of scope, cost and level of effort for proposal and SOW generation.
  • Collaborate on proposals and assist to develop contractually sound Statements of Work (SOW), solution work estimates, implementation and delivery.
  • Build client-focused relationships with clients to identify business challenges and make recommendations to solve client problems.
  • Regularly serves as part of the core leadership group for project or program execution along.
  • Assume a leadership role in evaluating the Client's requirements accounting for CNB's leading-edge technology and operating models.
  • Partner with other SME's (Easi Team; TMS Team; Specific Product Team: EX, FT, Lockbox etc.) on designing and developing solutions for CNB's Clients.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must-Have*

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
  • At least ten (10) years related work experience with the Entertainment Industry and Technology Architecture.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrated ability to establish positive working relationships and conduct complex and important work critical to the organization in a team consulting environment.
  • Ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
  • Experience with large and enterprise accounts specifically in banking or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a wide variety of clients and team members.
  • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of products, services and industry to identify and evaluate client needs and recommend the best solutions. Has deep knowledge of industry best practices in TMS, fintech solutions and integration/ API solutions.
  • ERP Knowledge with integration to banking products is a plus.
  • Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent projects simultaneously.
Compensation
Starting base salary: $119,012 - $154,574 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
