Location: HiBob offers a hybrid working model. We expect this role to be based in Germany, ideally in Berlin.
What will you do?
We're looking for a people-focused Sales Engineering Leader to join our growing organization. This individual will coach, support & advocate for our EU Sales Engineering team (covering the DACH market). HiBob Sales Engineers are trusted advisors to our prospects and internal stakeholders who demonstrate the value of the Bob platform through various methods.
You'll be a great fit for this role if you care about creating and fostering a culture for individuals to thrive and have experience in fast-paced start-up / scale-up SaaS environments. Our Sales Engineers partner directly with Account Executives across the Sales organization to strategise and win Net New Business.
Job Requirements

• Previous experience leading and supporting culturally diverse teams
• Track record of hiring and coaching high performing Sales Engineers
• A people-first approach to leadership
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Growth mindset with a solution-solving approach
• Resourceful and motivated to succeed
