Recover’s mission is to “Help Earth Recover by outfitting everyone with apparel and gear for the biggest positive impact possible.” Recover is part of the NG Labs Division of Intradeco and works closely with our sister brands.
 

Recover is looking for a Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team in North Carolina. The Sales & Events Coordinator position will support the Recover sales team (primarily on the account management side) and marketing team (primarily on event activations). 

This individual must possess a high level of energy and passion for our brand and sustainability in general, as well as a strong desire to provide exceptional service to our customers and other Recover team members. This is a highly dynamic role that requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, a willingness to travel and work consumer events, and an outgoing personality to interact with current and prospective B2B customers and end consumers. Peak seasons for event travel are in the spring and fall with many events requiring long hours on the weekends - estimated travel is 8-10 weekends per year.

Responsibilities: 

  • Pre-Event/Tradeshow planning and coordination
  • On-Site Event/Tradeshow activations set up, execution, and break down
  • Travel to events around the country
  • Support inside sales leads
  • Account management
  • Customer service
  • Grow and support existing accounts
  • Outside sales in target markets
  • Tradeshow planning and execution
  • Support independent sales reps
  • Working with the NG Labs customer success team

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree, in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in the running or outdoor industry and/or a customer service role is preferred
  • Physical effort to travel and set up booths (lift 50+ lbs)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Regular travel required for this role, seasonally
