We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Shift Robotics. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and marketing team to drive the growth of our B2B sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on B2B sales.
- Identify and target potential customers and industry partners to establish new business relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing their long-term value.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Moonwalkers.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and case studies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends providing feedback and insights to the team.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent Shift Robotics and expand our reach.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking sales activities and monitoring progress against targets.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a technology or innovative product industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
