Slalom's Central Texas team is currently seeking a passionate Sales Executive to drive business results by producing a well-managed, profitable, and growing book of business opportunities.

The individual in this role will serve Slalom's clients as a trusted partner, building and executing customized business plans and predictable sales engagement processes. Successful candidates must thrive in a people-based corporate culture and be passionate about identifying new client opportunities and growing the Slalom brand.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive sales strategy across named and white space accounts
  • Contribute to client and territory growth in partnership with the account and practice leaders
  • Build New and Maintain Existing Relationships, including Executive
  • Contribute to & support Account & Practice Strategy
  • Leverage delivery to sell across accounts
  • Drive the pursuit process on complex, value-based opportunities
  • Drive attendance of marketing and alliance events
  • Manage negotiations of the opportunities in the pipeline
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key alliance partnerships
  • Co-sell with alliance partners
What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of previous sales and/or account management experience
  • 3+ years experience in the natural resources industry
  • Passionate about sales and technology
  • Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
  • Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
  • Strong process orientation coupled with an ability to work with virtual teams
  • Budget and project management experience
  • Experienced in building relationships with CXOs and business decision-makers
  • Skilled at leading teams through complex solution sales
  • Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills
  • Creative and innovative; seen as a visionary in his/her approach
  • Based in Central Texas, San Antonio or Austin metro areas
