Job Summary:
CaterTrax is seeking an energetic, creative and hungry Sales Executive who values the success that comes with effectively managing relationships and expectations within their assigned client portfolio. Prospective candidates should possess a high degree of accountability to provide the highest levels of service to both your clients and the prospects you engage in addition to a strong desire to exceed quarterly and annual growth goals.
Expectations for this role include a tenacious interest in extending our existing relationships through daily prospecting and consultative conversations, uncovering both known and unrealized success criteria and aligning solution reviews that solve client's most challenging business issues. Candidates should consider themselves a hunter that thrives on developing new sales sources that align with CaterTrax's growth strategies within the hospitality and particularly within the non-commercial market.
Job Description:
- Engages existing (defined) and new sales prospects and sources to achieve and preferably exceed your monthly revenue targets assigned by CaterTrax.
- Effectively manages all partner and client expectations, provides timely and engaged feedback and requests which grow the relationship value and achieve (or exceed) management defined attrition goals.
- Maintains business predictability through a pro-active pipeline approach, thorough documentation within our CRM and provides accurate/timely updates through established forecasting process and conversations.
- Manifests sales success through well-positioned product demonstration and orientation of CaterTrax' growing suite of services which align to our client's needs.
- Accelerates revenue growth through the creation of cross/up selling all products and services within the CaterTrax portfolio.
- Prioritizes work effectively by setting clear deliverables and completing stated expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deepens relationships through new and traditional sales tactics, including a consultative selling and disciplined communications strategies.
- Develops, maintains, and communicates a strategic understanding of each partner/client's priorities and market placement by segment.
- Continuously seeks to develop/refresh market (non-commercial catering) knowledge and serves and provide timely and effective feedback as an internal subject matter expert.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of successful related work experience
- Proven track record of planning, managing and exceeding assigned sales goals
- Experience with SaaS products and business models is preferred.
- Proven success working with strategic enterprise level business partners
Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced Web Conferencing skills as evidenced in the ability to schedule meetings, launch meetings and leverage interactivity tools.
- Intermediate CRM skills as evidenced by the ability to create/maintain customer contacts, understand sales-related reports and follow a stage-based (funnel) sales/forecasting process.
