Job Summary:
Exela Technologies is seeking an experienced sales executive with a proven record of success selling Enterprise software solutions into the Financial, Lockbox, Remittance and Payments space. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience and possess deep knowledge of remittance payments processing solutions. Demonstrated success at developing customer relationships at large FI's, Brokerages, Utility and Insurance companies. This candidate will be expected to meet and exceed assigned sales quotas for their respective accounts and actively pursue new accounts through his or her existing network. The position will require travel as needed.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Proactively seek out, build and maintain relationships with senior leadership at client organizations to influence strategic business decisions. Act as a trusted client partner.• Own account strategy, mapping out growth opportunities within account list and working cross-functionally with Solution Engineers, Marketing and Customer Relationship Managers to achieve results and drive growth• Lead the entirety of the business development cycle, from initial meeting, RFP's, proposals, contracts to negotiation, closing and forecasting opportunities.• Create and deliver presentations of company products at relevant conferences, customer sites and exhibitions etc.• Manage large Fortune 100 client list, maintaining oversight of multiple opportunities and serving as the primary point of contact for clients• Maintaining the company's CRM with up-to-date contacts and activity details• Provide customer feedback to enhance product functionality and service delivery
Minimum Qualifications: • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred)• 10+ years of sales experience in the Lockbox, Payment and Financial services, selling software solutions• Demonstrated record of success selling enterprise software solution, SaaS, business process automation, consulting services, or business-process-as-a-service to the above-mentioned business verticals• Payments Industry domain experience with a detailed understanding of hardware, software eco system, PCI and current industry trends with real time payments etc.• Experience using CRM systems and industry-standard sales tools• Ability to build and maintain senior relationships within target client organizations• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.• Ability to plan and execute a sales strategy• Demonstrated ability to articulate a complex, solution-based value proposition
Preferred Qualifications: • Have additional training in business development and social media tools for generating leads• Comfortable in negotiating and closing global, multimillion dollar deals with C-level stakeholders at Fortune 100
. Demonstrated ability to ask practical and technical qualifying questions
