This is an individual contributor role, reporting to the Vice President, Sales. This position is work-from-home with up to 40-50% travel required.

How you will make an impact at Episource:

  • Become an Episource expert. Orchestrate the sales process from launch to close and everything in between. This includes RFP support as well as educating Episource customers about our services and products. Lead them to solutions that best benefit their situation - all with the utmost care and empathy.
  • Leverage your distinctive personality. Develop relationships and leverage leads through effective sales presentations. Showcase Episource products and software solutions with ease.
  • Partner with a passion. Collaborate with internal Episource teams. Together, you will recognize and develop effective sales strategies, increasing revenue and launching Episource even further to the forefront of healthcare.
  • Boost revenue. Advance upsell and cross-sell initiatives in coordination with Episource senior leaders.

What your journey at Episource will look like:

  • In your initial 30 days with Episource, you will immerse yourself in a comprehensive training program alongside subject matter experts within the department. Your focus will be on identifying and honing in on the top 10 networked accounts, crafting a compelling customer value proposition, and gaining a nuanced understanding of our service offerings in alignment with different segments, including thorough RFP review.

  • As you progress through the first six months, you will take charge of all customer opportunities within your designated territory. Your role will involve orchestrating a strategic capture plan, effectively managing and expanding the sales pipeline to drive growth.

  • By the culmination of your first year, your role will evolve to encompass prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing target accounts and leads. This multifaceted approach includes market penetration, engaging senior-level executives, attending trade shows, diligently following up on marketing-generated leads, webinar and event follow-ups, implementing creative campaigns, and initiating door opener outreach. Your objective is not only to meet but to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline targets, ultimately contributing significantly to the achievement of revenue goals. What you will bring to the Expert Teams at Episource:

  • The preferred candidate should possess a proven track record of 10-15+ years in sales, demonstrating success in achieving new business development goals, ideally within the context of service solutions in the healthcare sector. (Payer and risk adjustment background preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
  • Ability to travel up to 40-50% of work hours
  • Experience with multifaceted B2B technology sales, preferably SaaS products

Salary Range: $170,000.00-180,000.00 per year

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, and other relevant factors. This is Episource’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting. In addition to your salary, Episource offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements: See our benefits section above for more information.)
