The Sales Executive will own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and deal closure, while maintaining a robust pipeline to achieve revenue targets. This position requires building trusted relationships with clients and partners, understanding their strategic objectives, and positioning solutions that create measurable business value. Collaboration with internal teams—Solutions Architecture, Product, Marketing, and Client Services—is essential to ensure offerings meet client needs and market demands. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to identify, qualify, and convert new client opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and successful closure.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring coverage of at least 3x quota, with accurate tracking and forecasting.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders to drive growth.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with client needs and market demands.
  • Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and client feedback to influence product development and strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology services, with at least 3 years focused on digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record in quota-carrying roles, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience managing full sales cycles and building a robust pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and business acumen in the digital banking and fintech sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, especially with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and client feedback to improve strategies.
  • Willingness to travel 25–40% annually.
